We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python and practical experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LLMs, Voice AI, AI Agents, RAG, vector databases, APIs, and scalable Python services, along with strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.

The role involves designing and developing production-ready AI solutions, integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, and evaluating emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services using Python and LLM technologies.

- Build Voice AI and real-time conversational applications for enterprise use cases.

- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool execution, and workflow automation.

- Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and retrieval mechanisms.

- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs, WebSockets, SIP, and other integration technologies.

- Develop scalable and maintainable Python microservices and backend components.

- Build reusable AI workflows, tool-calling frameworks, and application components.

- Optimize AI applications for latency, cost, scalability, reliability, and response quality.

- Develop, debug, test, and maintain Python applications across the development lifecycle.

- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and models and assess their suitability for production use.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues and drive resolution.

- Follow software engineering best practices for code quality, version control, testing, deployment, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Python development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, with the ability to write production-quality code from scratch.

- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Proven experience developing, debugging, testing, and maintaining Python applications.

- Strong coding and problem-solving skills.

- Practical project or production experience in AI/ML applications and use cases.

- Good understanding of LLMs, generative AI, or AI-powered application development.

- Experience with one or more of RAG, vector databases, AI agents, Voice AI, or LLM integrations.

- Experience developing or integrating REST APIs and scalable backend services.

- Good understanding of microservices and distributed application concepts.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.

- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
