PureSoftware - Java Full Stack Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java and React.js to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with leadership skills to drive end-to-end delivery, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications

- Build scalable backend services using Java and related frameworks

- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

- Drive technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation strategies

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support team growth

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile development environment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 12 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java

- Hands-on experience in full stack development using React.js

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems

- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and modern backend frameworks

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development best practices

- Experience leading or managing full stack development projects involving multiple stakeholders

- Strong knowledge of database design and SQL/NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
