We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain Microservices-based architectures that support enterprise-scale business applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Implement and manage data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA and relational databases.

- Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices, performance tuning, and system monitoring.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation details.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8- 13 years of experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs and enterprise backend services.

- Strong experience with Hibernate/JPA and SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Good understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

- Experience with application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
