Role Overview :

As a Senior Associate Technology L1 at Publicis Sapient, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable microservices-based applications using Java technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our client's business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the performance, reliability, and maintainability of our systems, ultimately impacting the success of our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to meet specific business requirements.

- Implement messaging solutions using JMS and Kafka to ensure reliable and efficient communication between microservices.

- Apply OOPS principles and design patterns to create maintainable, reusable, and testable code for long-term project success.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards for the entire team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments to minimize downtime and ensure system stability for our clients.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with other systems and applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience with messaging technologies such as JMS and Kafka for asynchronous communication.

- Strong understanding of OOPS principles and design patterns for building maintainable and scalable software.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins and Docker, for CI/CD automation.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
