About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices Developer (Module Lead) to join our high-performing technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications while working closely with global clients to solve complex business problems.

You will play a key role across the entire development lifecycle from architecture and design to performance optimization and deployment.

Technical Skills Required :

Core Java

- 5+ years of hands-on Java development

- Strong expertise in Java 8 or above

- Solid understanding of :

- Exception Handling

- Serialization / Deserialization

- Immutability

- Enums, Collections, Generics, Annotations

- Autoboxing & Data Structures

- Backend & Microservices

- Strong experience with Spring Core & Spring Boot

- Knowledge of Spring Security & Transactions

- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture

- Messaging systems: Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ / JMS Databases

- Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases

- Strong SQL skills (Joins, Indexing, Performance Optimization)

Multithreading & Performance :

- Multithreading concepts :

- Re-entrant Locks, Fork & Join, Executors, Synchronization

- JVM Memory Management, GC tuning, Profiling & Performance tuning

- Experience with testing & performance tools like JMeter

DevOps & Tools

- CI/CD pipelines using Maven / Gradle / Jenkins

- Docker & containerization

- Logging frameworks: SLF4J / Logback / Log4j

- Unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock

- Version control: Git / SVN

Cloud

- Experience with AWS
