Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Associate at Publicis Sapient, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable microservices-based applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot for diverse client projects.

- Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical designs and implement them effectively.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications in production environments.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, promoting innovation and efficiency.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Work closely with Agile teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrable expertise in Java development, including a deep understanding of JDK, OOPS concepts, and Design Patterns.

- Proven ability to design and implement microservices architectures using Spring Boot and related technologies.

- Strong proficiency in working with RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (e.g., JMS, Kafka).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.

- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to remote, hybrid, or on-site work environments as required by project needs and client preferences.
