Role Overview :

As a Sr. Gen AI Developer / Gen AI Architect at Publicis Sapient, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for our clients.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate complex business problems into innovative AI-powered applications.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions, impacting user experiences and driving significant business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions, leveraging deep learning models and prompt engineering techniques, to address specific client needs.

- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune pre-trained models and develop custom models for optimal performance and accuracy.

- Architect scalable and robust AI platforms on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure seamless deployment and operation of Gen AI applications.

- Lead the development of APIs and microservices to integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows, enhancing overall system functionality.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Gen AI models to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to ethical AI principles.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven expertise in prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance and behavior of large language models.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in architecting scalable AI solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment based out of Pune.
