Job Title : Senior Associate Technology level 2(Java)

Preferred : Candidates with immediate to 15-day notice period with Bangalore location.

Mandatory : One in-person (Face to face) interview round.

What we ask for :

- Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules.

- Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues.

- Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications.

- Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows.

- Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

Qualifications :

- Candidates should have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java Backend development (preferred immediate joiners or max 15days notice.)

- Should have strong technical background in JAVA with Spring stack and reactive programming.

- Well versed with OOPs concept and design patterns

- Good understanding of data structure and algorithms

- Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) advantage NoSQL (Dynamo,

MongoDB etc.)

- Strong experience in building Microservices.

- Knowledge of docker and containerization.

- Should have good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

- Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools

- Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure

- Should be familiar with Test Driven Development

- Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process

- Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business

- Good communications skills

Education background :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study

Good to have Certifications :

- Java Certified Developer

- AWS Developer or Solution Architect
