As a Lead product Engineer (Sr. Manager), you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define technical strategies, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact digital products.

Your expertise in product engineering, software development, and team leadership will be critical in shaping the future of digital experiences for our clients.

Your Impact :

- Lead the product engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Drive the end-to-end development of digital products, from concept to launch, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.

- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions, leveraging best practices in software engineering and product development.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure technical excellence by implementing industry best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

- Manage risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and guidance on product engineering strategies.

Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD) and operations experience

- Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge on computer science fundamentals.

- Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, Preferably Python

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
