Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Swing Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, Java Swing, and Multithreading, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining desktop-based, UI-rich Java applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java Swing-based desktop applications

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured Core Java code

- Implement multithreaded and concurrent programming concepts for high-performance applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices

- Support enhancements, bug fixes, and application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Core Java

- Extensive hands-on experience with Java Swing (javax.swing)

- Solid understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Synchronization

- Experience in building desktop / rich client applications

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

- Understanding of object-oriented design principles
