Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled PSOT Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Microsoft technologies, automation, and system architecture.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in process optimization, automation, and building scalable solutions, while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Microsoft technologies.

- Work extensively with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to enhance productivity and intelligent automation.

- Develop scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Power Automate.

- Perform process engineering activities, including identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Drive process automation and scripting initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

- Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure solution quality and reliability.

- Architect and design complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Experience working in a Microsoft ecosystem.

- Practical exposure to Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

- Proficiency in PowerShell and Power Automate.

- Solid understanding of process engineering and automation concepts.

- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of test automation frameworks.

- Ability to architect complex, end-to-end systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
