Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Business & Data Analyst with experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with data-driven insights, leveraging analytics tools and cloud technologies to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions

- Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to generate actionable insights

- Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support business stakeholders.

- Work with large datasets in Azure Cloud environments

- Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and technical teams to define KPIs and metrics.

- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity

- Support regulatory and reporting requirements within BFS domain.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in BFS (Banking & Financial Services) domain.

- Proficiency in Data Analysis techniques

- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

- Strong expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation

- Experience working with Azure Cloud (Data services preferred).

- Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

- Understanding of regulatory/reporting standards in BFS

- Exposure to Agile methodologies
