We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer to join our EdTech company. This role is crucial for enhancing our educational technology products through the design and optimization of prompts for AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and natural language processing (NLP), with a passion for leveraging technology to improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prompt Design : Develop and optimize prompts for AI models to enhance their effectiveness and accuracy in educational applications.

- Model Training-: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to train and fine-tune AI models, ensuring they align with educational goals and user needs.

- Performance Evaluation-: Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-driven prompts, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

- User Experience-: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure prompts are intuitive and contribute to a seamless user experience in our educational platforms.

- Collaboration-: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, instructional designers, and software developers, to integrate AI solutions into our products.

- Research and Development-: Stay current with advancements in AI and NLP, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance our prompt engineering practices.

- Documentation-: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt engineering processes, best practices, and guidelines.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience-: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related field, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering or model training.

Skills :

- Proficiency in AI and NLP techniques and tools.

- Experience with AI model frameworks such as GPT, BERT, or similar.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.

- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
