The Role :

Join us as a Senior Power BI Developer. Youll turn financial and sustainability data into decision-ready signals.

What youll do :

- Design ROI, NPV, IRR and payback dashboards that guide investment choices.

- Build scenario-based simulators with dynamic sliders for CAPEX/OPEX modeling.

- Develop ESG dashboards tracking CO reduction, energy savings, and compliance.

- Architect scalable data models and document calculation methodologies.

- Deliver user guides and run knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholders.

Must-haves :

- 5+ years of Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Paginated Reports).

- Strong financial modeling skills: ROI, NPV, IRR, payback analysis.

- Proven ability with scenario simulations and parameterized dashboards.

- Solid data modeling knowledge (Star schema, Snowflake) and SQL proficiency.

- Experience with CAPEX/OPEX frameworks and KPI benchmarking.
