Required :

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management.

- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.

- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

- Agile/Waterfall Methodologies

- PMP Certification

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management.

- Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

- Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.

- Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are mandatory.

- Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Job Summary :

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, and a proven track record of driving IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation, coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

- Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, scope, and quality standards.

- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, driving accountability and transparency.

- Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and leadership to maintain project alignment with organizational goals.

- Prepare and deliver project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership.
