Highly skilled and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the integration of insurance IT systems across multiple platforms and business units.

This role is pivotal in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within the insurance domain.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :



- Lead end-to-end project delivery for insurance systems integration, from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.


- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.


- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA testers, and external vendors.


- Ensure integration of core insurance systems such as policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, CRM, and financial platforms.


- Monitor project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation protocols.


- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.


- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., APRA, GDPR, HIPAA) and internal governance standards.


- Drive change management and user adoption strategies across impacted business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.


- 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.


- Proven experience with systems integration projects involving legacy systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and middleware.


- Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows.


- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).


- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.


- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
