Project Description : Project Manager Cyber Security (SOAR / Incident Management).

Location : Pune.

Role Overview :

The Project Manager will lead cybersecurity initiatives focused on SOAR, SIEM, incident response, and security automation. The role requires deep cyber defense knowledge, hands-on understanding of security operations technologies, and experience delivering complex transformation programs within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Cybersecurity & Technology Expertise :

- Deep Cyber Defense knowledge.

- Hands-on understanding of SOAR, SIEM, and incident response platforms.

- Infra migration experience within the cyber domain.

- Security automation and orchestration knowledge.

Project & Delivery Management :

- Agile delivery (Scrum, PO/SM experience).

- Strong RAID governance.

- Delivery of complex transformation programs.

- Budget, dependency, and change management.

Stakeholder & Team Management :

- Engagement with CISO, Cyber Defense, and Finance teams.

- Ability to coach and lead technical teams.

- Strong communication and influencing skills across large organizations.

Role Nature :

- Highly cybersecurity-specialized role requiring SOAR/SIEM exposure, cyber automation capabilities, and the ability to drive major transformation programs in complex security environments.
