- 5-10 years PM experience with cross-functional teams

- PMP certification

- Reports to Sr. Director of Executive Program Management (me)

- Cross-functional internal project manager for Fortra's strategic projects (some may be confidential)

- Cross-Team Coordination and Communication via conversations and Teams Chat channels

- Go-Live Planning and Risk Mitigation for internal business systems/collaboration with external implementation partners

- Create and track agendas and meeting notes in MS Loop Workspaces/Pages

- Create and manage project plans and tasks in MS Planner

- Identify dependencies and mitigate risk with the project

- Escalations to cross-functional Sr. Leadership as necessary

- Prepare project status reports

- Prepare and present Executive Summaries on the project to C-Level

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to work at least 4 hours per day in US time zones
