Collect and analyze lifecycle data related to products or projects across global manufacturing sites to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and ensure completeness of lifecycle data.
- Develop and maintain structured databases to store lifecycle data efficiently, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in deploying data management systems and tools to streamline lifecycle data processes.
- Create project-based SPIR and Data Books that summarize lifecycle insights for sales stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and other teams to align on data requirements and ensure seamless communication.
- Communicate lifecycle insights effectively to sales teams and collaborate with sales managers on tracking incremental business value and customer engagement strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and visual dashboards to support decision-making and update status documents in the document management tool to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and report document planning and outstanding items using the document management tool, ensuring compliance with documentation control metrics.
- Build and maintain user-friendly tools and dashboards to automate data collection and reporting processes for project teams.

Education, skill, and experience, you require for this role :
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of overall experience preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and lifecycle services with an industrial (business-to-business) company selling configured products.
- Clear and effective communication skills (both written and oral) to convey data insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must-Have Skills :
- Lifecycle Data Management : Hands-on experience collecting, analyzing, and validating lifecycle/project data in engineering or manufacturing.
- Database Management : Ability to structure and maintain data repositories, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Analysis & Visualization : Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for dashboards and reporting.
- Document Management Systems : Knowledge of tools like SharePoint, Documentum, or equivalent for document planning and compliance tracking.
- Reporting & Documentation : Experience preparing SPIRs, Data Books, and structured reports to support business and project needs.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- ETL & Scripting:Familiarity with SQL, Python, or VBA for automation and data transformation.
