Program Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical foundation in Infrastructure and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have progressed through hands-on technical roles such as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Architect before moving into program management. This role is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering programs while collaborating with engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud transformation programs across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Oversee program execution, delivery milestones, cross-functional coordination, and risk management.

- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, and business teams to align program outcomes with strategic objectives.

- Drive cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and data center transformation initiatives.

- Provide leadership in areas including networking, security, platform engineering, and IT operations.

- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement activities related to infrastructure programs.

- Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics.

- Mentor and guide program teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve program roadblocks efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 15+ years of overall professional experience with significant exposure to cloud infrastructure and enterprise program management.

- Hands-on background in roles such as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Architect.

- Proven experience managing large-scale cloud and infrastructure programs.

- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, data center transformation, infrastructure modernization, and platform engineering.

- Strong understanding of networking, security, and IT operations.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent program governance, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience with program reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
