Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in GuidingCare (care management platform) and .NET technologies.

The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and resolving issues in a healthcare environment to ensure the seamless functioning of production systems, especially those integrated with GuidingCare and developed using .NET.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for applications built on the .NET framework integrated with the GuidingCare platform.

- Work closely with care management teams to support critical member-facing features, care plan modules, and clinical workflows.

- Support batch jobs, file transfers, and interface integrations (e.g., HL7, EDI) with downstream systems.

- Analyze recurring issues and implement root cause fixes and preventative measures.

- Maintain documentation related to incident management, known errors, and system configurations.

- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems.

Required Skills :

- 6 years of experience in .NET application support and development (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API).

- Strong exposure to GuidingCare or other care management systems in a healthcare domain.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.

- Familiarity with production support tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).

- Ability to debug application logs, identify integration issues, and suggest fixes quickly.
