We are seeking experienced Production Support professionals with expertise in the following technologies.

Required Skills :

- Batch Monitoring Support

- Middleware Support

- IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) Support

Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support.

- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) in a production environment.

- Strong understanding of batch monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and middleware support.

Preferred Domain Experience :

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred :

- Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)

- Logistics

- Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor and support production applications and batch processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.

- Support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and middleware components.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

- Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
