Role Summary :

Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications within an investment management environment. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support, and stakeholder communication in a production environment (70%) and Eagle Star/pace Development (30%).

Key Responsibilities :

Production Support (L2/L3) :

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring/systemic issues.

- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR & PACE.

- Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation.

- Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.

- Support release deployments and post-implementation validation.

- Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)

2. Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)

3. Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting)

4. Experience with Eagle Data Model

5. Job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)

6. Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production release processes

7. Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira)

Functional / Domain Expertise :

- Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge.

- Understanding of:

1. Security reference data

2. Pricing & corporate actions

3. Portfolio positions & transactions

4. Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred)

Experience Required :

- 6+ years overall IT experience.

- 4+ years hands-on experience in Eagle STAR & PACE support.

- Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environment.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.

- Good communication with business users and PM teams.

- Ability to work in onshore/offshore model.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with FactSet or other performance systems.

- Exposure to Eagle Accounting.

- Experience in performance attribution environments.
