Your key responsibility areas :

- Develop strategy, thought leadership and vision for the product unit to be world class in comparison to leading similar industry platforms

- Upgrading existing digital BSS product platform to an Agentic BSS platform with SaaS and latest niche technologies

- Developing business aligned variants of BSS like MVNO, MVNE, FiberCo, B2B, Etc.

- Delivery of solutions and services

- Growing business across different regions by extending presales & solutions support to market facing sales teams - Team building & management

- P&L - Targets - Customer management

Profile Requirement :

Overall Experience :

- 20+ years in Product Engineering, Delivery, or Technology leadership roles

- Atleast 5yrs+ of experience of working as telecom BA & Enterprise architect and 2yrs+ experience of working in presales / solutioning

- Should have experience of customer engagement at senior levels in Europe, USA - Domain Expertise: Proven track record in telecom BSS platforms, digital transformation, or SaaS-based enterprise products

- People Management: Experience leading large-scale product engineering and support teams of 500+ FTEs - Management of P&L and business operations

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade technologies such as Java, Python, C++, Microservices,
Containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud-native architectures.

- Familiarity with UI/UX development tools, SaaS transformation, and GenAI-based product features.

- Experience with DevSecOps., Agile/Scaled Agile, and tools like JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, Selenium and Kubernetes.

- Geographic Exposure: Experience delivering to clients across USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC.

Education :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
