We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Voice to lead the end-to-end transformation of enterprise voice infrastructure. The role involves migrating 20+ legacy voice systems-including Cisco CUCM-into a unified Microsoft Teams-based communication ecosystem. The Product Owner will work cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams to drive a seamless transition and ensure long-term scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Lead the strategic transformation of enterprise voice infrastructure from multiple legacy systems to a unified Microsoft Teams-based solution.

- Own the product roadmap for voice services, ensuring alignment with business goals, IT strategy, and user experience needs.

- Manage end-to-end migration planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimisation.

- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant voice solutions.

- Ensure the integration of Cisco CUCM, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration services across multi-site environments.

- Oversee governance, performance metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement of voice platforms.

- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Platform tools to enhance operational efficiency.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee licensing, procurement, and contract compliance.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, Agile methodologies, and change management standards.

- Act as the voice technology evangelist, promoting adoption, best practices, and training across the organisation.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in enterprise voice infrastructure with hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams Voice.

- Proven history of executing large-scale voice migrations across global or multi-site environments.

- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD, Power Platform, and Viva.

- Strong understanding of identity architecture, hybrid identity, compliance, data protection, and Microsoft Security & Compliance tools.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation; familiarity with Graph API and Teams integrations.

- Experience managing Cisco CUCM environments (minimum 5 years).

- Knowledge of Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Ability to drive architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred certifications :
