Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, stakeholder management, and exposure to AI or data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, design, and engineering teams to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure products meet user experience and business needs.
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to product strategy and vision.
- Support delivery of AI/data-heavy products, working with data teams where applicable.
- Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain a basic understanding of technical concepts, system integrations, and AI-powered platforms to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive products (intermediate level).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and business analysis.
- Basic understanding of technical architecture and system integrations.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms or AI-powered systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling product environments.
- Background in SaaS, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
