We are seeking a highly collaborative, detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of key features and enhancements in the Rethink BH platform. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between product strategy and engineering executiontranslating customer and stakeholder needs into scalable, intuitive solutions for ABA providers.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment

- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria

- Strong understanding of behavioral health workflows, especially in ABA therapy, is highly preferred

- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a high-growth, mission-driven technology company

- Familiarity with EHRs, medical billing systems, or practice management software

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification

- Knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare (HIPAA, Medicaid) is mandatory
