We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner / Product Manager with a strong interest in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and a solid grasp of technical concepts and product design tools like Figma.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing AInative products by combining business acumen, product vision, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and design teams.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role ideal for someone who understands AI product behaviour, UI/UX flows, and agile product development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products, translating ideas into clear deliverables.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop user-centric solutions.

- Design and fine-tune prompts for large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.

- Convert requirements into product specs, wireframes, and user stories using tools like Figma.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to review user journeys and ensure intuitive product experiences.

- Collaborate with developers and data scientists to shape technically feasible and scalable features.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and lead sprint planning in an Agile environment.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Monitor performance of AI features through KPIs like output relevance, latency, and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.

- Working knowledge of Figma and ability to participate in UI/UX design discussions.

- Strong understanding or practical exposure to LLMs, Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. ), and API integrations.

- Comfortable with technical concepts, including understanding developer terminology, APIs, and basic workflows.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar

Preferred (Bonus) Skills :

- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or similar AI development tools.

- Understanding of basic programming logic (e. , Python, JavaScript) or experience working with development teams.

- Experience with SaaS, B2B, or enterprise-grade software platforms.

- Exposure to data visualization, analytics tools, or performance dashboards.

- Hands-on involvement in UI/UX prototyping or wireframin
