Position Title : Product Lead Salesforce Ecosystem - Full Product Development Lifecycle.

Experience 8+ years.

Location : Noida/ Faridabad/ Pune.

Onsite Model : 5 days working.

Key Skills : Salesforce || Lightning Web Components (LWC) || Sales Cloud || Service Cloud || Architectural Designing || Team Leading || Managed Packages || Integration patterns (REST/SOAP).

Skills/ Competency/JD :


- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for a Salesforce-based product focused on the Insurance industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, and UI/UX designers.

- Define product architecture, technical roadmap, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.

- Translate market needs and client requirements into technical product features and user stories.

- Own technical documentation, security standards, compliance, and release management.

- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on feedback and KPIs.

- Ensure scalability, reusability, and best-in-class design patterns across the product.

- Act as a thought leader in Salesforce development, particularly in the Insurance domain.

Must have Skill set :

- 8+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex/Lightning, Managed Packages, 2GP, AppExchange Package Publishing, Package Listing).

- Proven experience in building or leading Salesforce-native product(s).

- Strong knowledge of Insurance domain processes Life, Health, or P&C insurance.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce product architecture and technical leadership.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, integration patterns (REST/SOAP), and AppExchange standards.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based product development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have Skill set :

- Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and data privacy standards (HIPAA, IRDAI, etc.

- Prior experience launching products on Salesforce AppExchange.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado).

- Experience in scaling B2B SaaS products.
