About Us :

Were seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with a strong foundation in user-centric design and an eye for aesthetics. If youre from NID or similar premier design institutions, and passionate about solving real-world problems through thoughtful design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to shape product strategy and execution.

- Own end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping to high-fidelity UI/UX.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on product experience.

- Translate complex problems into elegant, intuitive interfaces.

- Champion a design system and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Requirements :

- Degree from NID / top-tier design schools with a strong design portfolio.

- 13 years of experience in product design, preferably in consumer tech or SaaS.

- Mastery in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

- Strong understanding of design thinking, UX principles, and responsive design.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have :

- Motion/interaction design experience.

- Exposure to front-end frameworks (React/Flutter).

- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
