Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience to lead and manage product lifecycles and project implementations. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, proficient in SQL, well-versed in SCRUM methodologies, and knowledgeable about JavaScript, overall system design, and architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to product launch and continuous improvement.

- Manage projects ensuring timely completion within defined budgets and scope.

- Utilize SCRUM methodologies to effectively manage agile product and project development cycles.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver quality products.

- Use data analytics and SQL proficiency to drive product decisions and performance evaluations.

- Understand and contribute to overall system design and architecture discussions.

- Manage and maintain clear documentation and reporting through tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks proactively.

- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements :

- Minimum 7 years of combined experience in product and project management.

- Must possess hands-on experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities; proficiency in SQL is mandatory.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, software architecture, and overall system design.

- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification as a SCRUM Master or Agile practitioner.

- Previous experience in fintech, agri-tech, retail distribution, or supply chain sectors.
