Role Overview :
We are hiring a Product Analyst to deeply understand user behaviour, uncover insights, and power product decisions with data. This role sits at the heart of product, working closely with PMs, designers, engineers, and AI teams.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse user behaviour across onboarding, practice, insights, and retention across all the platforms
- Build and maintain dashboards for activation, engagement, retention, and conversion DAU/WAU/MAU, session time, feature usage
- Perform funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis to identify growth levers
- Support A/B experiments with hypothesis validation and post-experiment insights
- Define and maintain event tracking with product and engineering teams
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for product decisions
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and behavioural patterns at scale
- Cross team collaboration - Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to identify problems and solve them using data.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in product analytics or consumer data roles
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA,Tableau/Power BI
- Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to tell clear stories using data and influence product decisions
- Proven record of using data to improve at least one important product or business metric
- Bonus: exposure to EdTech, AI products, or behavioural analytics
