Role Overview :

As a Principal Engineer, you'll be a key technical leader, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to architect and scale products that reach millions. You'll own critical technical decisions, mentor high-performing engineers, and drive innovations that power our ambitious growth across digital entertainment, real-money gaming, and OTT domains.

We're hiring top-tier individual contributors who can :

- Lead and code with Java + Spring Boot

- Design and build high-scale, low-latency backend systems

- Thrive in fast-moving, execution-first environments

Requirements :

- 7-12 years of strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Expertise in microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Proven ability to architect and scale systems handling millions of users

- Experience mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, and promoting best practices

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-performance, production environments
