- Strong Linux platform development experience, with hands-on exposure to system-level software.

- Expertise in one or more major programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java, with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming.

- Deep understanding of core computer science fundamentals :

1. Data structures & algorithms

2. Concurrent programming (threads, synchronization, locking)

3. Systems-level debugging and performance optimization

- Experience with distributed systems, operating systems internals, hypervisors, containers, Linux kernel, or database internals is highly preferred.

- Knowledge or exposure to storage systems, file/object/block storage, or enterprise infrastructure (bonus).

- Ability to design and build high-performance, highly reliable, large-scale systems.

Architecture & Design Skills :

- Demonstrated ability to design, review, and implement complex system architectures.

- Experience making or influencing strategic architectural decisions and contributing to large-scale design evolution (preferred).

- Strong engineering judgment with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, define system boundaries, and deliver well-thought-out design proposals.

Problem-Solving & Ownership :

- Proven ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex system software issues across multi-node distributed environments.

- Comfortable taking end-to-end ownershipfrom concept to implementation to production-level product delivery.

- Passion for tackling deep technical challenges with persistence, insight, and a high sense of responsibility.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices, negotiate solutions, and collaborate across engineering, PM, validation, support, and customer-facing teams.
