Principal System Architect - Backend Engineering

Description :

We are hiring for a Principal System Architect role with a leading AI-enabled wealth management firm serving affluent families

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end system architecture, scalability, performance, and security

- Design cloud-native, API-first, microservices-based architecture

- Build and integrate AI/LLM pipelines, inference APIs, and automation frameworks

- Oversee data lake & real-time data pipeline architecture

- Guide engineering teams on architecture best practices, coding standards, and design reviews

- Work closely with product & engineering leadership to drive technical strategy

Requisites :

- 10- 15+ years of experience in system design, cloud architecture, and backend engineering

- Strong expertise in Python / Java / Go / Node

- Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-scale architectures

- Experience in AI/ML/LLM integrations, analytics systems, or data-heavy platforms

- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech startups is a plus
