Principal Software Engineer - .Net/C#

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Must have skills:

- 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise-scale Development projects

- C#, .NET Core

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems

- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration

- Familiarity with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms

- Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics

- Well-versed in AWS services, particularly IAM and Lambda

- Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, Agile methodologies, unit testing)

Good to have :

- Working with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Octopus Deploy

- Familiarity with React

Soft skills:

- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

- Effective collaboration with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Clients, and cross-functional teams

- Ability to transfer technical knowledge to team members

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Experience working in a distributed team environment
