Principal Software Engineer - Cloud & Distributed Systems Architecture

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and development of cloud-native ETL and synchronization services.

- Design scalable distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.

- Build resilient workflows using orchestration frameworks like Temporal or Step Functions.

- Drive Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and operational excellence.

- Implement distributed locking, schema evolution, and high-concurrency data synchronization.

- Mentor engineering teams and define long-term platform architecture strategy.

- Collaborate with product and architecture stakeholders for scalable platform delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, and Microservices.

- Experience in distributed systems, ETL platforms, workflow orchestration, and messaging systems.

- Hands-on exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, CI/CD, and cloud operations.

- Prior experience in Principal Engineer / Architect / Staff Engineer roles preferred.

- Experience with Digital Twin, engineering data platforms, or large-scale cloud systems is an advantage.
