We're Hiring Senior / Principal Software Engineer

Location : Chennai (Hybrid)

What Youll Do :

- Design and develop high-quality software products from scratch using modern technologies.

- Build scalable backend systems using Java (or optionally Python/Node.js).

- Contribute to front-end development using ReactJS, AngularJS, or similar frameworks (nice to have).

- Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor juniors, and continuously improve your own craft.

- Collaborate in a transparent and fast-paced culture focused on innovation.

What Were Looking For :

- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot preferred) Python or Node.js is also acceptable

- Solid understanding of backend architecture and server-side logic

- Exposure to UI frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery (good to have)

- Problem-solving mindset with clean coding practices

- Currently based in Chennai must be available for F2F interviews on Aug 9th/10th

- Immediate joiners or those with a max 15-day notice (LWD must be approved)

- A valid and up-to-date LinkedIn profile

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud platforms

- Experience working in product/startup environments

- Exposure to big data, ML, or NLP is a plus
