About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture and design initiatives across CRM and full stack platforms in a regulated product development environment.

This role will involve designing scalable, reliable, and secure software systems, driving alignment across global product and engineering teams, and ensuring architectural standards and compliance are upheld.

You will collaborate closely with development, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders to shape the technical strategy and delivery roadmap while contributing to the evolution of architectural best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Define and communicate platform and CRM software architecture, and guide teams on execution strategies.

- Lead architectural design and reviews for full-stack, scalable, and reliable systems.

- Create HLD/LLD, UML diagrams, and architectural design documentation.

- Advise on frameworks, tools, standards, and coding best practices.

- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Technical Leadership :

- Act as the technical authority across product development teams.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including medical device standards (ex. IEC62304, ISO 13485).

- Evaluate and implement reusable components and frameworks to ensure maintainability.

- Drive adoption of secure coding, TDD, and architectural/runway validation practices.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Work with persistent teams to refine design based on sprint feedback and changing priorities.

- Ensure architectural alignment and technical consistency across devices, interfaces, and services.

- Balance performance, security, cost, and scalability across all platform decisions.

Engineering & Operations :

- Contribute hands-on to design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of software.

- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and platform operations.

- Ensure product readiness, compliance, and reliability for mission-critical systems in regulated environments.

Qualifications :

- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent with 20+ years of experience OR

- ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent with 18+ years of experience.

- Proven experience in full-stack architecture, solution design, and leading large-scale software development initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, and Systems Design.

- Hands-on in defining UML, HLD/LLD, and Object Oriented design.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET and/or C, C++, with strong debugging and testing practices (TDD preferred).

- Skilled in Web Services, REST APIs, and UI frameworks (HTML5, JS, CSS, Bootstrap).

- Experience in cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Windows).

- Knowledge of network security protocols (TLS/SSL) and secure application design.

- Experience with multi-threading, async programming, and distributed systems.

- Practical familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD.

- Expertise with configuration management tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps, or TFS.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- 18+ years in technical leadership roles for cloud/mobile product development.

- Experience working with distributed teams and in organizational transformations.

- Knowledge in product security, threat modeling, or defense-in-depth strategies.

- Exposure to AI/ML, real-time systems, or Process Automation.

- Working knowledge of Six-Sigma principles.
