Principal Engineer - .Net/C#/AngularJS

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance products on cloud.

- Drive technical decision-making across modules, ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability.

- Build and deploy products on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with strong understanding of cloud-native practices.

- Design and implement complex systems using data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented practices.

- Develop backend services using .NET, C#, WebAPI, and RDBMS such as SQL Server.

- For full-stack responsibilities, build and maintain front-end applications using Angular, React, or VueJS.

- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.

- Develop applications for Unix and Windows environments.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and modern cloud service integrations.

- Ensure application and cloud security compliance with standards such as OWASP, PII, GDPR, and other security best practices.

- Collaborate across teamsincluding Product, QA, DevOps, and UXto deliver high-quality releases.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; provide guidance, code reviews, and technical leadership.

- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Core Technical Requirements :

- 9+ years of product development experience.

- 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience building cloud-based products.

- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance-driven design.

- Strong expertise in OOPS concepts, .NET, C#, and related technologies.

- Proficiency in SQL Server or any major RDBMS.

- Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience building solutions on Unix and Windows systems.

- Knowledge and implementation experience with asynchronous programming and RESTful WebAPIs.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Working knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud ecosystems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Security :

- Awareness of secure coding standards and practices: OWASP, PII, GDPR, etc.

- Hands-on development experience with Angular, React, or VueJS.

Soft Skills & Leadership :

- Extensive experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding them to success.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple team boundaries.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality software products
