Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications using Java EE, JPA, Microservices, and REST APIs.

- Lead low-level and high-level architecture design discussions and drive technical decisions for enterprise-grade solutions.

- Develop and optimize distributed systems leveraging Kafka, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployments.

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best engineering practices.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to coding standards.

- Drive innovation, performance optimization, scalability improvements, and continuous engineering excellence initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 12-17 years of hands-on experience in Java/JEE application development with strong expertise in Microservices architecture.

- Proven experience with Java EE, JPA, JUnit, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and SQL databases.

- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Experience designing and developing distributed, event-driven systems with a focus on scalability and reliability.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong architectural design capabilities, including both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- AWS, Java, or Cloud-related certifications will be an added advantage.
