Experience : 20+ years in large-scale enterprise application design, architecture, and complex engineering programs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Architecture Leadership : Lead solution architecture, design, and modernization initiatives across enterprise-grade applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.

Cloud Migration & Modernization : Drive end-to-end cloud transformation programs including platform migration, database modernization, and distributed application redesign (Oracle ? AWS PostgreSQL, large-scale systems).

Enterprise Systems Engineering : Design large-scale distributed platforms capable of supporting millions of users and multi-TB data environments.

Performance Engineering : Drive JVM tuning, garbage collection optimization, caching frameworks (Redis) and query tuning to achieve high throughput and low latency.

Security & Compliance : Implement secure development practices including encryption, HTTPS enforcement, and secure data handling.

Technical Leadership : Mentor engineering teams, establish coding and architecture standards, conduct design reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

Solution Delivery : Lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering problems from concept to production with strong ownership and execution rigor.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, platform, and business teams to define technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and operational priorities.

Core Technical Expertise :

- Java / J2EE / Spring ecosystem

- Distributed systems and microservices architecture

- AWS cloud platform

- RDBMS expertise : Oracle, PostgreSQL

- Performance optimization (GC tuning, caching, sharding, indexing)

- Secure development practices (HTTPS, encryption standards)

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments such as telecom, BFSI, product engineering or cloud-native platforms.

- Exposure to applications operating on multi-million user scale or multi-terabyte storage.

Industry Background :

Minimum 1620+ years of engineering leadership in IT product companies, large enterprises, telecom, BFSI, or cloud platforms with proven experience building scalable distributed systems.
