Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer with strong expertise in Avamar, Data Domain, and NetWorker technologies.

The role involves managing enterprise backup and recovery environments, troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades and migrations, and ensuring smooth service delivery for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support Avamar, Data Domain, and NetWorker environments.

- Perform backup, recovery, replication, upgrade, and migration activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve backup and storage-related issues.

- Monitor system performance and manage capacity.

- Handle customer escalations and provide technical support.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational processes.

- Participate in 24x7 rotational shift support.
