Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect who combines strong backend development expertise with proven team management and leadership skills. The role requires hands-on coding along with ownership of architecture, delivery, and mentoring engineering teams to build scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and own end-to-end technical architecture and solution designs

- Lead, manage, and mentor backend development teams

- Allocate tasks, guide team members, and ensure timely delivery of projects

- Actively contribute to backend development using Node.js, Laravel, and CodeIgniter (CI

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding and architectural practices

- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions

- Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

- Identify technical risks and proactively drive resolutions

- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software development

Strong hands-on experience with backend technologies :

- Node.js

- Laravel

- CodeIgniter (CI)

- Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and technical leadership

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system design

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Exposure to microservices and event-driven architecture

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
