We are hiring a hands-on Technical Director / Principal Architect to lead and scale our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront practice. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive technical strategy, practice growth, and delivery excellence while mentoring top talent and enabling digital transformation for global enterprises.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in enterprise content management / digital marketing platforms.

- Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - architecture, cloud migration, enterprise integrations.

- Strong leadership in Workfront implementations (setup, workflow, integrations with CMMS and MarTech).

- Experience in scaling technical practices, leading architects & engineers, and delivering at enterprise scale.

- Strong stakeholder & client-facing communication.

- Certifications : Adobe Certified Master Architect (AEM) / Workfront certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Practice Leadership : Define the vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for Adobe AEM & Workfront. Mentor, train, and grow a high-performing technical team.

- Solution Architecture & Delivery : Oversee AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless/Cloud) & Workfront implementations, integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, ensure scalability and

governance.

- Client Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.

- Innovation : Stay ahead of Adobe advancements (AEM Cloud Service, AEP, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Workfront integrations). Drive adoption of accelerators, automation, and best practices in performance, security, and compliance.
