Principal AI Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Principal AI QA Analyst to lead our shift toward AI-powered quality assurance. You will be responsible for redefining QA strategy by integrating intelligent automation, prompt-driven test generation, and self-healing test frameworks. This role blends traditional testing expertise with modern AI-based approaches to improve release velocity, test coverage, and product quality. As a core member of engineering team, you will ensure fintech-grade reliability and performance through smart, scalable testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute an AI-first QA strategy, outlining test scope and automation objectives for each sprint.

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Relevance AI, Testim, Mabl, Katalon) to auto-generate, maintain, and adapt test cases.

- Implement self-healing, data-driven, and prompt-engineered test frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing alongside intelligent, real-time feedback loops.

- Integrate AI-driven QA into CI/CD pipelines for continuous and autonomous validation.

- Use Selenium, Appium, and other tools in tandem with AI agents for scalable automation.

- Track and resolve defects using smart bug management systems with root cause analytics.

- Support UAT and conduct sanity tests in production as needed.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to align on quality goals and acceptance criteria.

- Maintain test documentation and QA best practices with an AI-augmented approach.

- Mentor QA engineers in AI-first testing methodologies, tools, and evolving automation practices.

- Continuously explore and adopt new AI-led testing strategies, technologies, and frameworks.

AI Driven Test Automation :

- Define automation strategy and scope with an AI-first approach, targeting high-impact test cases across sprints.

- Select and implement AI-powered testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Relevance AI, Katalon) for dynamic test generation.

- Develop self-healing, prompt-based test scripts using hybrid automation stacks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) augmented by AI agents.

- Continuously improve test efficiency and coverage by leveraging AI analytics for flakiness detection and test prioritization

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SQL & Database.
