Job Description :

We are looking for a Presales Engineer to bridge the gap between complex software architecture and business outcomes. The role involves working closely with enterprise prospects, engineering leaders, QA teams and technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the platform can solve them.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to understand their software testing challenges, development workflows and application architecture.

- Prepare and conduct tailored technical product demonstrations based on the engineering, QA and software development requirements of prospective customers.

- Build, manage and execute technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate product capabilities and business value.

- Work closely with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders to design solutions aligned with their existing technology ecosystem.

- Demonstrate how the platform can integrate with CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure and modern developer workflows.

- Understand customer codebases, development processes and testing environments to identify relevant technical use cases.

- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and operational value for customers.

- Support the sales team throughout the technical evaluation and solution-validation stages.

- Engage with senior engineering, QA and technology stakeholders and build credibility through strong technical discussions.

- Help prospects understand code connectivity, dependency relationships and downstream impact analysis.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.

Candidate Profile :

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Presales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Consultant or Technical Consultant.

- Strong technical foundation in QA, software testing or software development environments.

- Good understanding of modern developer tools, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and software architecture.

- Ability to conduct technical discovery and independently deliver product demonstrations.

- Experience building or managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) is highly desirable.

- Ability to engage confidently with Engineering Managers, Directors, CTOs, QA leaders and other technical stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of software development workflows and the ability to trace downstream impact of code changes/commits.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
