Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Leader / Solution Architect to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team.

In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technology solutions, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and innovative healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in healthcare solution architecture, client engagement, solution design, and pre-sales activities, with the ability to lead solution discussions, prepare RFP responses, and drive successful solution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer business challenges and qualify solution opportunities within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain.

- Design end-to-end solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

- Develop solution blueprints, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Lead solution design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, frameworks, and architectural approaches based on customer requirements.

- Prepare high-quality solution proposals, RFP responses, technical documentation, and presentations.

- Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and solution defense sessions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, delivery, and support teams, to develop comprehensive customer solutions.

- Provide architectural guidance to implementation teams and ensure successful knowledge transition during project handover.

- Ensure proposed solutions align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry best practices.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, IoT, and Automation, and leverage them in solution development where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is an added advantage.

- Strong experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Leadership within the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain.

- Good understanding of the US Healthcare ecosystem, including Payers, Commercial Health Plans, Blues, State & Local Health Plans, Regional Health Plans, and TPAs.

- Hands-on experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, healthcare platforms, system integration, and analytics solutions.

- Experience in preparing RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies, AI, IoT, automation tools, and modern architectural design patterns.

- Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and customer teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting or solutioning.

- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.

- Experience working with large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
