Job Overview :

Are you ready to go beyond? Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Digital Technology is seeking a high-energy Senior PLM Analyst to join our Engineering Applications team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and set the future direction for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within P&W's Integrated Digital Environment (IDE).

You'll be part of a highly collaborative team responsible for delivering Product and Application Support to our customers and partners, focusing on Teamcenter PLM applications. This position requires flexibility to support outside regular office hours as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related business discipline with 2+ years of experience.

OR Masters Degree in a preferred field with 1+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM application (including architecture design, application integration, product road mapping, delivery, and support).

Technical Expertise :

2-5 years of experience in PLM Teamcenter development, including :

- Code development for customizations.

- Configuration updates and system administration.

- Architecture design and application integration.

- Product road mapping, delivery, and code support.

Ability to design and implement robust solutions for PLM Teamcenter Systems.

Proficiency using PLM Teamcenter Systems Modeler is a plus.

Development experience with integration tools such as Open PDM is a plus.

Highly skilled at analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for digital solutions.

Communication & Collaboration :

Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to develop clear, concise, and logically written business communications and deliver recommendations effectively.

Proven track record communicating effectively within cross-functional teams of technical resources, QA, and engineers.

Outstanding formal and informal presentation skills.

Experience working in SDLC, Waterfall, or Agile program structures.

Role and Responsibilities

Work as a developer to deliver and execute global PLM Teamcenter requirements, ensuring world-class system availability and performance.

Partner with the engineering PLM Teamcenter discipline team and third-party resources to complete development requirements on the Pratt enterprise Integrated Digital Environment (IDE).

Develop code in alignment with our Pratt PLM DevSecOps processes, and actively contribute to growing DevSecOps capabilities for our PLM platforms.

Participate actively in stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, demos, and other Agile ceremonies as coordinated by the Project Manager.

Consult with Engineering customers to advise on key PLM product and configuration challenges.

Advise on enterprise PLM Teamcenter integration solutions to enable end-to-end data connectivity across the organization.

Help with the deployment of application performance monitoring tools to improve the performance and reliability of PLM systems.

Participate on the PLM Teamcenter Interdisciplinary Program Management Team to provide technical expertise, maintain project continuity, and communicate deployment plans.

Assist with the development and maintenance of the P&W PLM Teamcenter roadmap, incorporating new technologies and industry best practices.
