PracticeSuite - Data Analyst - ETL

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines for scalability and performance.

- Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business decision-making.

- Validate and test ETL processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues in a timely manner.

- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and architecture.

- Use visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present insights and reporting outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 36 years of experience as a Data Analyst or ETL Developer.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in SQL and strong data manipulation skills.

- Experience working with data warehouses or cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting for data automation.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in data modeling and data governance.

- Understanding of data quality frameworks and metadata management.

- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).

- Background in retail, e-commerce, or financial analytics domains.
